Head Chef Greg Jardim
Greg started his culinary career in a bakery as a youngster! Having found his passion in life he decided to study for a professional cookery diploma. With studies complete, Greg began working in the Kruger National Park as a sous chef. He rapidly worked his way up the ranks to become head chef. Returning home to Johannesburg 3 years later we were lucky enough to find him and he is now the Head chef of our bistro.
